“A great temporary home”
Sunrise Suites has been a great temporary home during my corporate relocation. Our apartment furnishings were in top shape, with great bed and sofa, and kitchen appointed with all we needed. The decoration is tasteful and current. Sherry is a super landlady, promptly returning calls and coordinating remedies to any concern.

“What you see in the pictures and what you get!”
I live in Tampa and have been communicating with Sherry via email for a while prior to arriving to Seattle area. During this time, she responded quickly and professionally! She always kept me in loop the whole process. Upon arrival, she welcomed with warmth and professionalism. She gave me a thorough orientation of the property and then took food shopping since I did not have car as yet. The apartment has exceeded my expectations. It is immaculate, beautiful decor, roomy, granite kitchen and bathroom counters, thick towels and the bed is fit for a king! What you see in the pictures and what you get. I have a 13 week traveling nurse contract and contacted my agency to use this place for future traveling nurses!

“We could not have been happier with our experience”
My wife and I moved out to Seattle for the summer and had to stay in temporary, fully furnished housing. We were never able to check out the apartment in person, but we looked extensively online. We were drawn to the great prices and quality amenities shown in the pictures. Upon contacting the owner, we were immediately surprised by Sherry's kindness, responsiveness, and willingness to work on our behalf. Our logistics situation was exceedingly difficult, and seemingly constantly changing, yet Sherry remained extremely flexible and understanding. When we moved into the apartment, everything was identical, if not better than the pictures shown online. All of the minor issues (burnt out lights, slow draining sinks, etc) were fixed immediately after we submitted our condition report. The furnishings were great and the bed was brand new. The cable and internet were excellent. The only thing we were initially nervous about was the neighboring area. While at times, there are some sketchy people in the surrounding neighborhoods, the amenities at Sunrise made us feel safe. The whole community is gated and fenced and monitored by an extensive security system. All of the above factors make Sunrise shine like a gem amid many of the surrounding houses and complexes. Overall, we could not have been happier with our experience.

“Wonderful, secure and quiet.”
Sherry was an incredible hostess. The place was wonderful, secure and quiet. I was there for 19 months and if my company ever sends me back to Seattle, Sherry will be my first call. She routinely cleans the carpets and furniture. She also routinely tests things like the smoke detectors. The TV has a great channel selection and the WiFi has great signal strength. The location is great for anyone who needs to access Bellevue, Seattle or points south. It's also a short jump to SEATAC airport. It's about 10 minutes to both the International Blvd Light Rail station (to Seattle) and to the Southcenter Mall with all of its associated stores & restaurants. (Southcenter is the largest Mall in the Pacific Northwest). A grocery store and a Walgreen's are about a 15 minute walk. With a gated parking lot, you can park securely just feet from your door.
